All applicable conditions of Case PUD-81-25 and successive modifications shall <br />remain in full force and effect unless otherwise modified by the following <br />requirements. <br /> <br />2. This approval will lapse within one year from the date of approval unless a <br />building permit is issued for the development covered by these approvals, <br />construction has commenced, and is diligently pursued toward completion or the <br />City has approved an extension. <br /> <br />3. The site development standards for this development shall be those shown on <br />the development plans, Exhibit "A", dated" Received December 5, 2006, 2006" <br />on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the conditions in <br />Exhibit "E". <br /> <br />4. This development covered by this approval shall be subject to the following <br />permitted and conditionally permitted uses: <br /> <br />Permitted Uses <br /> <br />1. Appliance sales and repair, provided <br />repair services shall be incidental to <br />retail sales. <br /> <br />2. Art galleries and artists' supply stores <br /> <br />3. Barbershops and beauty shops <br /> <br />4. Beauty shops including massage <br />services of 3 or fewer massage <br />technicians according to Section <br />18.44.090, Permitted and Conditional <br />Uses, of the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code <br /> <br />5. Bicycle shops, with service and shop <br />work excluding painting <br /> <br />6. Bookbinding <br /> <br />7. Bookstores and rental libraries <br /> <br />8. Business consulting service offices <br /> <br />9. Business service offices, including <br />employment agencies, accountants, <br />notaries, stenographic, addressing, <br />computing, and related services <br /> <br />10. Candy stores <br /> <br />11. Carpet, drapery and floor covering <br />stores <br /> <br />12. Catalog stores, no firearm sales <br /> <br />13. Clothing, shoe, and accessory stores <br /> <br />14. Copying and related duplicating <br />services and printing/publishing <br />services using only computers, copy <br />machines, etc., not including <br />lithographing, engraving, or such <br />similar reproduction services. <br />
