<br />I. Pallets and Cardboard: <br />Pallets shall be collected and stored in an enclosure designated for the <br />temporary storage of empty pallets located in the service area. Cardboard <br />boxes shall be baled and hauled offsite to a recycling facility. <br /> <br />J. Noise: <br />Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., noise levels from the site <br />may not exceed 60 dBA at the east and south property line planes and <br />shall conform to Chapter 9.04, Noise Ordinance, of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code. <br /> <br />3. If the operation of the Home Depot building supply center and garden center <br />result in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the <br />discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be referred to <br />the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing.
