Approve the regular meeting minutes of January 16, 2007 <br />2. Adopt a resolution implementing provisions of Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section <br />414(h)(2) to allow employee contributions for Public Employees' Retirement System <br />Service Credit (Contribution Code 14 -Pre-tax Payroll Deduction Plan) <br />Finance <br />3. Adopt a resolution finding that certain development impact fees (AB1600 and SB1693) <br />collected from developers are unexpended after five years but that the funds are <br />committed to particular projects <br />4. Approve a contract with Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin & Associates to provide consultant <br />services to conduct a Citizens Survey at a cost not to exceed $46,300 <br />Manor <br />5. Adopt a resolution ratifitng the Mayor's appointment to the Planning Commission <br />Parks & Community Services <br />6.
