RESOLUTION NO. 07-089 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, TO <br />ACCEPT THE FIRST QUARTER 2006-07 FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET AND AMEND <br />THE 2006-07 CIP BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which <br />includes any staff recommendations for budget amendments and technical corrections or <br />actions needed; and <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report for the first quarter of the fiscal year <br />ending June 30, 2007, for the Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the first quarter financial reports, staff made recommendations <br />as outlined in that report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1: Amend the Operating Budget, as outlined in Appendix A. <br />Section 2: Amend the Capital Improvement Program, as outlined in Appendix B. <br />Section 4: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the book of <br />original resolutions. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br />a regular meeting held on 6"' day of February, 2007. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 6"' day of February, <br />2007, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />d <br />Kar n Diaz, ity C erk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM:,, p <br />~ C~t~ ~4 iJ~ <br />Michael H.
