CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-64 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 <br />(A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND <br />CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF <br />THE CITY OF PT~%SANTON) ESTABLISHING FEES <br />FOR RECREATIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing <br />Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services) is <br />the present repository for listing of fees and <br />charges for the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 20, 1990, the City Council <br />received the staff report (SR 90:115) of the <br />Director of Parks and Community Services <br />recommending adoption of the updated fees that <br />department's activities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 8, 1990, the Park and <br />Recreation Commission approved the proposed fee <br />schedule and made recommendations to Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Fees and Charges Scheduled attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Authorizes staff to adjust fees and charges for <br />services and facilities for up to 20% of the <br />approved fees and charges without resubmitting the <br />change to the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes staff to provide new program/classes <br /> at a fee based on the cost of service or <br /> established guidelines and that fees for such <br /> programs or classes be submitted to the Council for <br /> approval within a one year period from initiation <br /> of the class or program. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br /> Authorizes the Recreation Supervisors or Director <br />of Parks and Community Services to continue to <br />enter into contractual agreements for program <br />services. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
