RESOLUTION NO. 90-56 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br /> FOR LEGAL SERVICES <br /> <br />DUBLIN CANYON ROAD REASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1990-1 <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> This Council approves that certain agreement between the <br /> City of Pleasanton, and STURGIS, NESS, BRUNSELL & SPERRY a <br /> professional corporation, for services of that firm as Special Bond <br /> Counsel for Dublin Canyon Road Reassessment District No. 1990-1, <br /> City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, dated March 20, <br /> 1990, and attached to this resolution. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the <br /> <br />City Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br />the 20th day of March, 1990. <br /> <br /> Councilmembers: Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />Councilmembers: None <br />Councilmembers: None <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />PEGGY L.
