The Parks CIP on pages B-4 to B-5 reflects: <br />• The $105,000 transfer from Bernal Community Park to Bernal Creek Restoration <br />(SR 06:229). <br />• The $150,000 transfer from the CIPR in the Miscellaneous CIP to fund <br />improvements to Donlon Elementary School sports fields, as already approved <br />by the City Council (SR 06:161). <br />The Miscellaneous CIP on pages B-6 to B-7 reflects: <br />• The transfer of $300,000 to the Veterans Memorial Building renovation (SR <br />06:151) and $11,000 to Police Department Dispatch Center renovation (SR <br />06:224) from the Facility Renovation Fund. <br />The transfer of $603,072 from the CIPR budget to three projects: $150,000 to <br />the Park CIP to fund the Donlon Elementary School sports field renovations (SR <br />06:161), $228,313 to Kottinger Creek restoration (SR 06:144), and $224,759 to <br />the Veterans Memorial Building renovation (SR 06:151). <br />• The transfer of $105,300 from the Civic Center site improvements reserve to the <br />Llibrary space needs assessment study (SR 06:232). <br />The Water and Sewer CIP budgets on pages B-8 to B-10 reflect: <br />The transfer of $260,000 from the Sanitary Sewer Pump Station S-6 <br />improvements to emergency repairs on the S-6 sewer line (SR 06:176). <br />The $1,100,000 transfer from the Vineyard Corridor specific plan to the Vineyard <br />Corridor water infrastructure project (SR 06:152). <br />Minor transfers between projects due mostly to the close-out of completed <br />projects were all approved by the City Council. <br />After the recommended amendments are made to the CIP, the results are reflected in <br />the Adjusted CIP budgets shown in Appendix C, on pages C-1 through C-10. <br />Submitted by: <br />~~ ~ <br />David P.
