CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-43 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMRNDING SECTION 3 (STOP INTERSECTIONS) TO ESTABLISH A THREE WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF DRYWOOD STREET AND HIGHLAND OAKS DRIVE WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 6, 1990, the City Council received and discussed a petition requesting a three-way stop sign at the intersection of Drywood Street and Highland Oaks Drive; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to amend Section 3 to establish the three-way stop as described above; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding the following subsections to Section 3 (Stop Intersections): 3d-9 Drywood Street, at Highland Oaks Drive; stopping traffic on Drywood Street. 3h-9 Highland Oaks Drive, at Drywood Street; stopping traffic on Highland Oaks Drive in both directions. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
