RESOLUTION NO. 90-40 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME OF AUTHORIZATION FOR <br /> DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO APPROVE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 1986-9, NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3 <br />SERIES C BONDS <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> On February 6, 1990, this Council accepted the offer of <br />Prudential-Bache Capital Funding to purchase all of the limited <br />obligation Series C improvement bonds to be issued in Assessment <br />District No. 1986-9, North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 3, <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> This Council awarded the sale and delivery of said Series <br />C bonds to Prudential-Bache Capital Funding, with the stipulation <br />that the Director of Finance would approve the definitive maturity <br />schedule and interest rates to be submitted by Prudential-Bache <br />Capital Funding by February 20, 1990, provided that the net interest <br />rate on the bond issue shall not exceed 7.75%. On February 20, <br />1990, this Council extended the time for approval to March 6, 1990. <br /> <br /> This Council hereby further extends the time for the <br />Director of Finance to approve said maturity schedule and interest <br />rates to March 20, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
