<br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-086 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />DESIGNATING THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES OF VIA DE LOS MILAGROS <br />FROM VALLEY AVENUE TO VIA DEL CIELO/CORTE MENTE AS A FOUR- <br />HOUR LIMITED TIME PARKING ZONE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council may designate any street or portion thereof as a limited <br />time parking zone. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1: The north and south sides of Via De Los Milagros from Valley Avenue to Via <br />Del Cielo/Corte Mente is hereby designated as a four-hour limited time parking zone. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the <br />book of original resolutions. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br />a regular meeting held on January 16, 2007. <br /> <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on January 16, 2007, by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />~~1~ <br />are Diaz, City Cle:r <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~ ((~6.L/ If /!tw( <br /> <br />Michael H.
