CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-33 <br /> <br />RESOI~3TION REAPPOINTING THOMAS TRETO AS A' <br />MEMBER OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Thomas Treto was appointed to the Housing Authority <br />Commission, which term expired on January 25, 1990; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />an application period was held open for candidates <br />for the Housing Authority Commission to apply; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Thomas Treto was the only applicant for his <br />position; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Thomas Treto is hereby reappointed to the <br />position on the Housing Authority Commission for a <br />four year term, which term expires on January 25, <br />1994, or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 6, 1990 'BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br />Mercer <br />None <br />Councilmember Butler <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Pegg~ ~ ~/E~ idro0 <br />Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
