CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-27 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-89-18, THE APPLICATION OF ORION HOMES/WESTBROOK PROPERTY WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 6, 1990, the Council received the proposed negative declaration for the application of Orion Homes/Westbrook Property for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval to subdivide an approximately 9 acre site into 16 single- family residential lots and one remainder parcel located at 10890 Dublin Canyon Road; and WHEREAS, the city Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 20, 1989 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 6, 1990 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-89-18, the application of Orion Homes/Westbrook Property for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval to subdivide an approximately 9 acre site into 16 single-family residential lots and one remainder parcel located at 10890 Dublin Canyon Road. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
