CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-27 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE PUD-89-18, THE APPLICATION OF ORION <br />HOMES/WESTBROOK PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 6, 1990, the Council received <br /> the proposed negative declaration for the application of <br /> Orion Homes/Westbrook Property for Planned Unit <br /> Development rezoning and development plan approval to <br /> subdivide an approximately 9 acre site into 16 single- <br /> family residential lots and one remainder parcel located <br /> at 10890 Dublin Canyon Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated October 20, 1989 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 6, <br /> 1990 at which time the public was given the opportunity <br /> to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have <br /> any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-89-18, <br /> the application of Orion Homes/Westbrook Property for <br /> Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan <br /> approval to subdivide an approximately 9 acre site into <br /> 16 single-family residential lots and one remainder <br /> parcel located at 10890 Dublin Canyon Road. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
