CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE RZ-89-17, THE APPLICATION OF TRI-MESA <br />DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 6, 1990, the Council received <br /> the proposed negative declaration for Case RZ-89-17, the <br /> application of Tri-Mesa Development Company to rezone an <br /> approximately 50,250 sq. ft. parcel located at 417 <br /> Sycamore Road from the "A" (Agricultural) District to <br /> the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated December 28, 1989 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 6, <br /> 1990, at which time the public was given the opportunity <br /> to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have <br /> any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case RZ-89-17, <br /> the application of Tri-Mesa Development Company to <br /> rezone an approximately 50,250 sq. ft. parcel located at <br /> 417 Sycamore Road from the "A" (Agricultural) District <br /> to the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
