CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-26 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE RZ-89-17, THE APPLICATION OF TRI-MESA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 6, 1990, the Council received the proposed negative declaration for Case RZ-89-17, the application of Tri-Mesa Development Company to rezone an approximately 50,250 sq. ft. parcel located at 417 Sycamore Road from the "A" (Agricultural) District to the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 28, 1989 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 6, 1990, at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case RZ-89-17, the application of Tri-Mesa Development Company to rezone an approximately 50,250 sq. ft. parcel located at 417 Sycamore Road from the "A" (Agricultural) District to the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
