RESOLUTION NO. 90-20 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING OFFERING MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1986-9, <br />NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />As a part of the proceedings for improvements in <br />Assessment District No. 1986-9, North Pleasanton Improvement <br />District No. 3, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, <br />this Council hereby approves the Preliminary Offering Memorandum <br />for the sale of Series C improvement bonds, and any Offering <br />Memorandum derived substantially on the basis of said Preliminary <br />Offering Memorandum. Distribution of said Preliminary Offering <br />Memorandum and the Offering Memorandum is hereby authorized in <br />connection with the distribution and sale of the Series C <br />improvement bonds. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the Preliminary <br />Offering Memorandum and the Offering Memorandum. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting <br />thereof, held on the 6th day of February, 1990. <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Tarver~ and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Butler <br /> <br /> PEGGY L.
