<br />Resolution No. PC-2006-62 <br />Page Three <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is consistent with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Approves Case 561/PV-158, the application of John Miller Architects/Saint <br />Elizabeth Seton Church for: (I) design review approval to modify the Saint <br />Elizabeth Seton Church Master Plan to construct an approximately <br />22,296-square-foot parish center building with gymnasium and related site <br />improvements on the existing Church site located at 4001 Stoneridge Drive; and <br />(2) a variance from the Pleasanton Municipal Code to allow the proposed parish <br />center building with gymnasium to be approximately 34 feet tall, where 30 feet is <br />the maximum height limit, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit B, attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective IS days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 29TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2006 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />A YES: Commissioners Blank, O'Connor, Olson, and Pearce. <br />NOES: Commissioner Fox. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />- <br />Donna Decker <br />Secretary, Planning Commission <br /> <br />Anne Fox <br />Acting Chairperson <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />- <br />Julie Harryman <br />Assistant City Attorney <br />
