CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-12 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED JOINT POWERS <br /> AGREEMENT FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Amended Joint <br /> Powers Agreement regarding waste management, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon it~ passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 16, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATT~ST: ~ <br /> <br />Peg~/E~ idro<J <br />Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FO :_ /? <br /> <br />Michael H.
