CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 07- RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES WHEREAS, due to the expiration of various terms and/or resignations, vacancies have occurred on various commissions and committees; and WHEREAS, applications were received and interviews held with various individuals who are interested in serving on the commissions and/or committees and their qualifications evaluated. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PlEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOllOWS: Section 1: Christine Steiner is appointed to be Pleasanton's Representative to the County of Alameda Housing Authority Housing Commission to fill the unexpired term of Joanne Olsen, which term expires on December 31, 2007, or until such time as she is replaced; Section 2: Edgar Centeno is reappointed to the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District to a third two-year term, which term expires on December 31,2008, or until such time as he is replaced; Section 3: Claudia Hess is appointed to a four-year term as alternate to the Civic Arts Commission, which term expires on September 30,2010, or until such time as she is replaced; Section 4: Carl Palowitch is appointed to a four-year term as the At-large Representative to the Economic Vitality Committee, which term expires on September 30,2010, or until such time as he is replaced;; Section 5: Pamela Hardy is appointed to a four-year term as the Residential Builder Representative to the Economic Vitality Committee, which term expires on September 30,2010, or unti I such ti me as she is replaced; Section 6: Sima Yazdani is appointed to a four-year term as the Software Representative to the Economic Vitality Committee, which term expires on September 30,2010, or until such time as she is replaced; 1
