Exhibit "A" Conditions of Approval Case UP-89-57 Se That the use shall be operated in substantial conformance with the information submitted by the applicant, dated November 17, 1989, on file with the Planning Department. That at no time shall the stacking of vehicles awaiting service extend beyond the rear area of the site; the applicant shall utilize on-site parking spaces to accommodate vehicles as necessary. That no vehicle service shall be performed in the exterior areas of the site. That there shall be no overnight storage of vehicles except in secured interior areas of the service facility. That the applicant shall work with City staff to determine if modification to the location of the raised median on Mission Drive is necessary to improve access to the subject site. That when specific service bays of the facility are not in use that the roll-up doors of those bays shall be closed. That the applicant shall secure all required permits from the Fire Department prior to commencement of operation. That staff shall review the operations of the use within six months of the commencement of operations in order to determine if there are substantial problems associated with site activities or any other aspect of the use. If deemed necessary by the Planning Director, the use permit may be referred to the Planning Commission at any time for additional review and, if necessary, the attachment of additional conditions of operations.
