CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-10 <br /> <br />RESOI/TrION DENYING THE APPEAL OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF A DECISION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW <br />BOARD AND UPHOLDINGAPPROV~LOF THE APPLICATION <br />OF MANOJ DAVE AS FILED UNDER AP-89-23 (CASE <br />Z-89-557) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 29, 1989, the Design Review <br /> Board approved Case Z-89-557, the application of <br /> Manoj Dave for design review approval to construct an <br /> approximately 10,100 sq. ft. single-family residence <br /> located at 9900 Longview Lane (upper Longview); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is HPD (Hillside Planned <br /> Development) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, the City Council submitted an appeal to the City <br /> Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on <br /> January 16, 1990 at which time all pertinent testimony <br /> and documents were reviewed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this project is categorically exempt from the <br /> requirements of California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds this project consistent with the <br /> purposes of the HPD Zoning District. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Denies the appeal of the Design Review Board decision <br /> and therefore upholds approval of the application of <br /> Manoj Dave to construct an approximately 10,100 sq. ft. <br /> single-family residence located at 9900 Longview Lane <br /> (upper Longview), subject to the conditions set forth on <br /> Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
