<br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-081 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF MICHAEL <br />CALLAHAN FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO THE RUBY HILL PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-93-02-8M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 19, 2006, the City Council received a proposed <br />Negative Declaration for the application of Michael Callahan for a major modification to the <br />Ruby Hill PUD development plan to allow the construction of an approximately <br />19,872-square-foot event center with a 4,800-square-foot winery at the property located on the <br />southwest comer of Vineyard and Isabel Avenues, south of Ruby Hill Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study, dated <br />September 13, 2006 and received the recommendations of staff and the Planning Commission; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed publiC hearing was held on December 19, 2006, at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any <br />significant adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential <br />for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Michael Callahan for <br />a major modification to the Ruby Hill PUD development plan to allow the construction of an <br />approximately 19,872-square-foot event center with a 4,800-square-foot winery at the property <br />located on the southwest corner of Vineyard and Isabel Avenues, south of Ruby Hill Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed <br />pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />
