CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-231 RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL REPORT WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which includes any staff recommendations for budget amendments and technical corrections or actions needed; and WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report (SR 92:510) for the first quarter of 1992-93; and WHEREAS, as a result of that review, staff made several recommendations for budget amendments as outlined in that report. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The General Fund revenue projections for property taxes shall be decreased by $1.1 million to reflect changes made by the State. Section 2: The business license tax revenue projections shall be decreased by $100,000 to reflect the fact that this amount of revenue was received earlier than projected, and has already been reflected in the prior fiscal year (1991-91) . Section 3: The budgets of all Funds shall be amended to replace estimated July 1, 1992, beginning fund balances with actual June 30, 1992, ending fund balances. section 4: The Recycling and Waste Management Fund budget shall be amended to reflect the Measure D refund of $273,700. Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
