CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-228 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECONSIDERING THE HOUSE SIZES FOR <br />GOLDEN EAGLE FARMS HIGH VISIBILITY LOTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 7, 1992, the City Council <br />considered the size of houses to be constructed on the <br />twenty high visibility lots of Golden Eagle Farms; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Resolution No. 92-76 was adopted setting forth the <br />guidelines; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of December 15, 1992, the City Council <br />reconsidered the house size issue and reviewed the report <br />of the Director of Planning and Community Development <br />(SR 92:492); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 92-76 is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />Section 2: The design guidelines for Tract 6033 are amended to <br /> apply the following to the twenty high impact lots: <br /> <br />"The structure, not including the garage, shall be 7,000 <br />square feet maximum; if the garage exceeds 800 square <br />feet, then the square footage in excess of 800 square <br />feet shall count towards the 7,000 square foot <br />guideline". <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br /> The above restrictions shall apply to those properties <br />that have not submitted an application for Design Review <br />approval as of December 15, 1992. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 15, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
