CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />1991-92 FINANCIAL REPORT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />each year a report of financial condition is presented to Council which includes <br />any staff recommendations for budget amendments, carryovers, establishment of <br />reserves, technical corrections or actions needed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report (SR92:432) for the fiscal year ending June <br /> 30, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the year end financial review, staff made numerous <br /> recommendations as outlined in that report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1; That the Operating Budget carryovers detailed in Appendix F, and Capital <br /> Improvement Budget carryovers detailed in Appendix G be approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: That the Specially Designated Reserves as detailed in Appendix B be established. <br /> <br />Section 3; That the General Fund and General Fund Capital Projects Fund balances as detailed <br /> in Appendix B be fully appropriated. <br /> <br />Section 4; That all other balances be appropriated to contingency reserves designated for <br /> existing and future, known and unknown obligations. <br /> <br />Section 5: That an additional $1.275 million be appropriated for progress payments on the <br /> Harvest Park Gym, bringing the total funded appropriation to $2.275 million. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />6: That the 1991-92 Sewer Maintenance and Operating (M & O) Budget be amended <br />by increasing revenue projections by $377,822, appropriating an additional $239,727 and <br />approving an increase in net operating transfers out by $127,494. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />7: That the Self-Insurance Fund budget be amended to reflect all 1991-92 insurance <br />expenditures being charged to the General Fund, in order to maintain adequate self- <br />insurance reserves, per the actuarial study. <br /> <br />Section $; This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 9; This resolution shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in <br /> "The Tri-Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated <br /> in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
