CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-206 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THEAPPLICATION OF PT~ASANTON ROTARY NORTH <br />FOR REZONINGAND DEVELOPMENT PLANAPPROVAL, AS <br />FIT.RDUNDERCASE PUD-92-8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 3, 1992, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for the <br />application of Pleasanton Rotary North for rezoning from <br />RM-2,500 (Multiple Family Residential) to PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - High Density Residential, and for PUD <br />development plan approval to construct seven attached <br />residential units on an approximately 0.56 acre site <br />located on the southeast corner of Palomino Drive and <br />Concord Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated August 17, 1992 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed project would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council further finds that the proposed project <br />will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br />of Pleasanton Rotary North for rezoning from RM-2,500 <br />(Multiple Family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - High Density Residential, and for PUD <br />development plan approval to construct seven attached <br />residential units on an approximately 0.56 acre site <br />located on the southeast corner of Palomino Drive and <br />Concord Street. <br /> <br /> <br />
