CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-206 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THEAPPLICATION OF PT~ASANTON ROTARY NORTH FOR REZONINGAND DEVELOPMENT PLANAPPROVAL, AS FIT.RDUNDERCASE PUD-92-8 WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 3, 1992, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Pleasanton Rotary North for rezoning from RM-2,500 (Multiple Family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential, and for PUD development plan approval to construct seven attached residential units on an approximately 0.56 acre site located on the southeast corner of Palomino Drive and Concord Street; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 17, 1992 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Pleasanton Rotary North for rezoning from RM-2,500 (Multiple Family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential, and for PUD development plan approval to construct seven attached residential units on an approximately 0.56 acre site located on the southeast corner of Palomino Drive and Concord Street.
