CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-207 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST TO SHORTEN THE <br />PUBLIC REVIEW PERIOD FOR THE DRAFT <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR GP-91-03 AND <br />PIID-91-03, CASTLEWOOD HEIGHTS <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 10, 1991, Council received and <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Planning and <br />Community Development (SR 91:504) regarding a request to <br />shorten the review period for the Draft Environmental <br />Impact Report for GP-91-03 and PUD-91-03 (Castlewood <br />Heights) from 45 days to 30 days; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant is attempting to achieve City Council <br />approval of the above project in time to qualify for <br />Growth Management consideration in 1992 and the project <br />review timetable is predicated upon a 30-day review <br />period for the draft EIR; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the request of Marsh/Smith <br />Associates for the City Council to request the State <br />Clearinghouse to reduce the public review period for the <br />Draft Environmental Impact Report for GP-91-03 and <br />PUD-91-03 from 45 days to 30 days. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 10, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATT T: <br />Peggy zidro City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
