CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 91-204 RESOLUTION APPOINTING AL DUTCHOVER, PETER SHUTTS, SHAUNA DEL VALLE AND RON THEILE AS MEIKBERS OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD WHEREAS, Al Dutchover and Peter Shutts were appointed as regular members of the Design Review Board, which terms expired on June 6, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Council reorganized the Design Review Board to exclude the Planning Commissioner representatives; and WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals who are interested in serving on the Design Review Board and has evaluated their qualifications; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Al Dutchover and Peter Shutts are reappointed as Regular Members of the Design Review Board for four year terms, which terms will expire on June 6, 1995, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 2: Shauna del Valle is appointed as a regular member of the Design Review Board for a four year term, which term will expire on June 6, 1995, or until such time as she is replaced. Section 3: Ron Theile is appointed as an alternate member of the Design Review Board for a four year time, which term will expire on June 6, 1995, or until such time as he is replaced. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 10, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None ATTEST: ., APPROVED AS TO ~ RM ~GG A ~ Q/" 1~/(/~,_ Michael H.
