CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-199 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF KEN GOOCH/ORION HOMES, <br />INC. FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PLJD-91-09 <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 10, 1991, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for the <br />application of Ken Gooch/Orion Homes, Inc. for rezoning <br />approximately 0.17 acres of land from the RM-4,000 <br />(Multiple Family Residential) district to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential <br />district and for development plan approval for the <br />renovation of an existing single-family residence and the <br />construction of an additional 845 sq. ft. single-family <br />residence on a 7,359 sq. ft. site located at 216 <br />Kottinger Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study <br />dated September 19 , 1991 and received the recommendations <br />of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project will <br />have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />
