CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-191 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF RRABBE-OSICRI <br />PARTNERSHIP, CASE GP-91-6/PUD-91-7), FOR A <br />GENERAL PLAN LAND IISE ELErSENT DESIGNATION <br />AMENDMENT AND FOR REZONING OF THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 7116 JOHNSON DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 19, 1991, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for the <br />application of Krabbe-Osicki Partnership to amend the <br />General Plan Land Use Element designation of the 0.92 <br />acre site from General and Limited Industrial to Business <br />Park or to any other land use designation deemed in the <br />public interest, and application for a rezoning from <br />General Industrial (I-G-40) to Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) for industrial/commercial office uses; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated July 26, 1991 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed General Plan <br />Amendment and rezoning; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed General Plan <br />Amendment and rezoning would not have any significant <br />adverse effects on the environment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for application of <br />Krabbe-Osicki Partnership to amend the General Plan Land <br />Use Element designation of the 0.92 acre site from <br />General and Limited Industrial to Business Park or to any <br />other land use designation deemed in the public interest, <br />and application for a rezoning from General Industrial <br />(I-G-40) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for <br />industrial/commercial office uses. <br />
