CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-182 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A COMPENSATION PLAN FIXING <br />SALARIES AND BENEFITS FOR MANAGEMENT AND <br />CONFIDENTIAL PERSONNEL FOR THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />NOT INCLUDING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY, <br />REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 90-187 AND AMENDING THE <br />BUDGET ACCORDINGLY <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the establishment and <br />designation of certain employees as management and <br />confidential employees; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended salary ranges and <br />supplementary benefits for the period October 1, 1991 <br />through August 31, 1992 for management and confidential <br />employees; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously, by Resolution No. 90-187, <br />adopted a compensation plan for management and confidential <br />employees, which resolution should now be repealed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Amends the management and confidential employees' <br />compensation plan as follows: <br />1. Adopts the revised management and confidential <br />employees compensation plan document attached as <br />Attachment 1. <br />2. Includes within the Compensation Plan the revised <br />management base salary plan, attached hereto and marked <br />Exhibit B. <br />3. Includes with the Compensation Plan the revised salary <br />range of confidential employees, attached hereto and <br />marked Exhibit C. <br />Section 2: The 1991-92 Budget of the City of Pleasanton is amended <br />accordingly. <br />Section 3: Resolution No. 90-187 is hereby repealed. <br />
