CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-177 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE P[TD-81-30-54D, THE <br />APPLICATION OF BRITANNIA BIISINESS CENTER/PRIIDENTIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT GROIIP <br />WHEREAS, Britannia Business Center/Prudential Development Group <br />has applied for PUD development plan approval to allow <br />the construction of a one-story, 105,500 square foot <br />office building on a 7.9 acre parcel (Site 11D) in <br />Hacienda Business Park; and <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was previously prepared <br />and certified for Hacienda Business Park, development of <br />the subject property was anticipated in a consistent <br />manner with the proposed project and was included within <br />the scope of the EIR, and there are no changed <br />circumstances or new information requiring additional <br />environmental review; therefore, this application does <br />not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new <br />environmental documents accompany this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 15, 1991, and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed project including <br />its design, cumulative impact, consistency with <br />PUD-81-30-19M, PUD-85-8-3M, and the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent <br />with PUD-81-30-19M and PUD-85-8-3M as well as the City's <br />General Plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Britannia Business <br />Center/Prudential Development Group for PUD development <br />plan approval to allow the construction of a one-story, <br />105,500 square foot office building on a 7.9 acre parcel <br />(Site 11D) in Hacienda Business Park , subject to the <br />conditions listed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
