CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 91-177 RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE P[TD-81-30-54D, THE APPLICATION OF BRITANNIA BIISINESS CENTER/PRIIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT GROIIP WHEREAS, Britannia Business Center/Prudential Development Group has applied for PUD development plan approval to allow the construction of a one-story, 105,500 square foot office building on a 7.9 acre parcel (Site 11D) in Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was previously prepared and certified for Hacienda Business Park, development of the subject property was anticipated in a consistent manner with the proposed project and was included within the scope of the EIR, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 15, 1991, and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30-19M, PUD-85-8-3M, and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30-19M and PUD-85-8-3M as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application of Britannia Business Center/Prudential Development Group for PUD development plan approval to allow the construction of a one-story, 105,500 square foot office building on a 7.9 acre parcel (Site 11D) in Hacienda Business Park , subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
