CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 91-167 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE RZ-91-6, PREZONING APPROXIMATELY 560 ACRES LOCATED EAST OF HEARST DRIVE AND SOiJTH OF RED FEATHER DRIVE TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) - RURAL DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND OPEN SPACE WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 1, 1991, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone approximately 560 acres located east of Hearst Drive and south of Red Feather Drive to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Rural Density Residential and Open Space District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 29, 1991 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case RZ-91-6, the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone approximately 560 acres located east of Hearst Drive and south of Red Feather Drive to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Rural Density Residential and Open Space District.
