f i ~ <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-166 <br />RESOLUTION DETERMINING SATISFACTORY COMPLIANCE <br />WITIi CONDITIONS FOR GARMS RANCH WIr•r•TAMSON ACT <br />AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE CONTRACT 1975-7 <br />CANCELLATION AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CITY CLERK <br />TO PREPARE AND RECORD CERTIFICATE OF <br />CANCELLATION <br />WHEREAS, the City was in receipt of an application from A-M Homes <br /> for cancellation of Williamson Act Agricultural Preserve <br /> contract 1975-7 under the provisions of California <br /> Government Code Section 51282.1 to allow development of <br /> the site for residential use consistent with City General <br /> Plan policies; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 19, 1990, Council adopted Resolution No. 90-110 <br /> approving tentative cancellation of said contract and <br /> setting forth conditions to be satisfied prior to final <br /> cancellation; and <br />WHEREAS, A-M Homes has requested that the Council determine that <br /> such conditions have been satisfactorily complied with; <br /> and <br />WHEREAS, Council received the city staff's report and <br /> recommendation for determination of compliance; <br />NOW, THERE FORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The City Council determines that the conditions and <br /> contingencies set forth in Resolution No. 90-110 have <br /> been satisfied for the application of A-M Homes for <br /> cancellation of Williamson Act Land Conservation Contract <br /> 2975-7. <br />Section 2: Council authorizes and directs the City Clerk to <br /> execute the Certificate of Cancellation for said Contract <br /> and to cause same to be recorded. <br />
