CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-157 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE MUNICIPAL <br />COURT, LIVERMORE-PLEASANTON-DIIBLIN JUDICIAL <br />DISTRICT, THAT PARKING BAILS BE INCREASED <br />THREE DOLLARS ($3). <br />WHEREAS, at the City's request, the Municipal Court, Livermore- <br />Pleasanton-Dublin Judicial District, has adopted a bail <br />schedule for various parking violations; and <br />WHEREAS, SB21, in part, increases the amount of money the County <br />and State will be taking from payments on parking <br />violations; and <br />WHEREAS, the loss of this revenue to the City, if not replaced by <br />increased bails, will impact the level of services which <br />. the City provides to its citizens. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: City Council recommends to the Presiding Judge, <br />Municipal Court, Livermore-Pleasanton-Dublin Judicial <br />District, that the bail schedules for parking violations <br />be increased by three dollars, all as shown on the <br />attached Schedule A. <br />Section 2: The City Manager is hereby directed to transmit this <br />request to the Presiding Judge. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 17, 1991, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Nvne <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATT T: <br />Pegg zidro, City Clerk <br />APPROVED A~S" /TO FORM: <br />1~'~~Il~.ri~a~{ <br />Michael H.
