PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-115 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-89-19, THE <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an <br />approximately 48.4 acre site located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road, opposite Oak Creek Drive to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Low Density/Rural Density <br />Residential District (33 acres), and "A" (Agricultural) <br />District (15 acres) or to any other zoning district <br />consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 13, 1989, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case RZ-89-19; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated December 6, 1989 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held December 13, 1989 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, PUD (Planned Unit Development) Rural and Low Density <br />Residential zoning is consistent with the General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case RZ-89-19, the application <br />of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately <br />48.4 acre site located on the west side of Foothill <br />Road, opposite Oak Creek Drive to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Low Density Residential District (33 <br />acres), and "A" (Agricultural) District (15 acres). <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
