PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-113 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-89-7, THE <br />APPLICATION OF MICHAEL GORDON <br />WHEREAS, Michael Gordon has applied for planned unit development <br />rezoning and development plan approval or a five-lot <br />residential planned unit development, including the <br />development of four new single-family residences for the <br />property located at 445 Kottinger Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 13, <br />1989, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the project to be too <br />dense and the setbacks too small for the houses proposed <br />to be built. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Denies approval of Case PUD-89-7, the application of <br />Michael Gordon for planned unit development rezoning and <br />development plan approval to construct a four-unit <br />single-family residential project to be located at 445 <br />Kottinger Drive. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />15 days after its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 13TH DAY OF DECEMBER 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hovingh, Mahern, and Chairman <br />Michelotti <br />NOES: Commissioners Berger and Horan <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST <br />~~~ <br />Brian W.
