PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-112 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE PUD-89-7 <br />WHEREAS, Michael Gordon has applied for planned unit development <br />rezoning and development plan approval to construct a <br />four-unit single-family residential project to be <br />located on an approximately two acre site located at <br />445 Kottinger Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 13, 1989 the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-89-7; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated December 1, 1989 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held December 13, 1989 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br />Case PUD-89-7, the application of Michael Gordon for <br />planned unit development rezoning and development plan <br />approval to construct a four-unit single-family <br />residential project to be located on an approximately <br />two acre site at 445 Kottinger Drive. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
