r <br />Exhibit "A" <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-89-57 <br />Resolution No. PC-89-111 <br />1. That the use shall be operated in substantial conformance <br />with the information submitted by the applicant, dated <br />November 17, 1989, on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That at no time shall the stacking of vehicles awaiting <br />service extend beyond the rear area of the site; the <br />applicant shall utilize on-site parking spaces to accommodate <br />vehicles as necessary. <br />3. That no vehicle service shall be performed in the exterior <br />areas of the site. <br />4. That there shall be no overnight storage of vehicles except <br />in secured interior areas of the service facility. <br />5. That the applicant shall work with City staff to determine if <br />modification to the location of the raised median on Mission <br />Drive is necessary to improve access to the subject site. <br />6. That when specific service bays of the facility are not in <br />use that the roll-up doors of those bays shall be closed. <br />7. That the applicant shall secure all required permits from the <br />Fire Department prior to commencement of operation. <br />8. That staff shall review the operations of the use within six <br />months of the commencement of operations in order to <br />determine if there are substantial problems associated with <br />site activities or any other aspect of the use. If deemed <br />necessary by the Planning Director, the use permit may be <br />referred to the Planning Commission at any time for <br />additional review and, if necessary, the attachment of <br />additional conditions of operations. <br />pc89111/sm <br />(as amended at the 12/13/89 Planning Commission Meeting) <br />
