PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-110 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE RZ-89-15 AND UP-89-57 WHEREAS, SpeeDee Oil Change and Tune-Up/Dean Hammer/Carl Nelson have applied for rezoning and a conditional use permit to operate an automobile oil change and preventive maintenance service facility to be located on an approximately 0.56 acre site at 44 Mission Drive; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 13, 1989, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Cases RZ-89-15 and UP-89-57; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 4, 1989 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held December 13, 1989 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Cases RZ-89-15 and UP-89-57, the applications of SpeeDee Oil Change and Tune;Up/Dean Hammer/Carl Nelson for rezoning and a conditional use permit to operate an automobile oil change and preventive maintenance service facility to be located at 44 Mission Drive. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption or the day after notification of the Council whichever is later.
