PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-107 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-49D, <br />THE APPLICATION OF SOUTH BAY CONSTRUCTION AND <br />DEVELOPMENT CO., INC. <br />WHEREAS, South Bay Construction and Development Co., Inc. has <br />applied for design review approval for a 23,168 sq. ft. <br />R & D/office building for General Electric Plastics <br />Division in the Hacienda Business Park at 4160 Hacienda <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) -Industrial, Commercial and Offices) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 29, <br />1989, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed <br />development plan is consistent with the existing quality <br />development in the Hacienda Business Park; and <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared in <br />conjunction with the PUD approval on the subject <br />property. Development of this type was foreseen within <br />that EIR; therefore, no environmental document <br />accompanies this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-40-49D, the <br />application for design review approval for a 23,168 sq. <br />ft. R & D/office building for General Electric Plastics <br />Division in the Hacienda Business Park at 4160 Hacienda <br />Drive subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
