PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-106 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-85-21-5M, <br />THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR A MAJOR <br />MODIFICATION TO CASE PUD-85-21 <br />WHEREAS, at the meeting of October 11, 1989, the Planning <br />Commission approved an extension to Tract 5699, the <br />approved tentative map to subdivide the Connolly <br />property located at Sob Neal Street; and <br />WHEREAS, at the public hearing, adjacent neighbors expressed <br />concern with the houses which have already been built on <br />the site and with future construction on the remaining <br />two lots; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the concerns expressed by the surrounding <br />neighbors, the Planning Commission initiated an <br />application for a major modification to the approved <br />planned unit development; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 29, <br />1989, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that a modification to the <br />approved planned unit development is appropriate. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of a major modification to amend <br />the development standards of an approved single-family <br />residential planned unit development located at 306 Neal <br />Street subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
