PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-103 <br />RESOLUTION RECONSIDERING AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />CASE PUD-88-16, THE APPLICATION OF FRED HEMPY FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT PAN APPROVAL <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 25, <br />1989, the Planning Commission approved a Negative <br />Declaration for this proposal after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, at the public hearing of October 25, 1989, the Planning <br />Commission denied approval of Case PUD-88-16, the <br />application of Fred Hempy for development plan approval <br />to construct afour-parcel single-family residential <br />project to be located on an approximately four acre site <br />at 5226 Foothill Road due to the inability to reach a <br />consensus of one of three plan alternatives; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of November 8, 1989, the Planning <br />Commission voted unanimously to reconsider their <br />decision of denial; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that this <br />development plan to be consistent with the PUD zoning <br />district and General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-88-16, the <br />application of Fred Hempy for development plan approval <br />to construct afour-parcel single-family residential <br />project to be located on an approximately four acre <br />site at 5226 Foothill Road subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
