PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-100 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE <br />PUD-89-16, THE APPLICATION OF DELTA PROPERTIES, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown have applied for Planned Unit <br />Development major modification and design review <br />approval for a 155,096 sq. ft. mixed use retail center, <br />including a future drive-thru restaurant located at the <br />northwest corner of Owens Drive and Johnson Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 25, <br />1989, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br />Case PUD-89-16, the application of Reynolds and Brown <br />(Home Depot) for Planned Unit Development major <br />modification and design review approval for a 155,096 <br />sq. ft. mixed use retail center which includes an <br />approximately 102,000 sq, ft. home improvement store, <br />49,300 sq, ft. ancillary retail and a future drive-thru <br />restaurant located at the northwest corner of Owens <br />Drive and Johnson Drive. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
