PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-99 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING APPROVAL OF THE REQUEST OF SHRIMALI <br />ET AL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-88-3-4M FOR WROUGHT-IRON <br />FENCING ON LOTS 20, 21, 22, AND 23 OF TRACT 5908 <br />WHEREAS, Shrimali et al have applied for a major modification to <br />an approved planned unit development to allow open, <br />wrought-iron fencing along the rear property lines of <br />Lots 20, 21, 22, and 23 of Tact 5908 (2809-2853 Victoria <br />Ridge Court; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 25, <br />1989, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, there was public concern expressed relating to (1) the <br />design of the fence; and (2) privacy dependent upon the <br />design of the fence. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Denies approval of Case PUD-88-3-4M, the application <br />for a major modification to an approved planned unit <br />development to allow open, wrought-iron fencing along <br />the rear property lines of Lots 20, 21, 22, and 23 of <br />Tract 5908 (2809-2853) Victoria Ridge Court. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />15 days after its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED THE 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Horan, Hovingh, Mahern, and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ' <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
