` PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-gg-g~ <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE <br />RZ-89-11, THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone the <br />approximately 246 acre site (Shadow Cliffs Regional <br />Park) located on the south side of Stanley Boulevard <br />approximately 2200' west of the intersection of Stanley <br />Boulevard and Valley Avenue to the "P" (Public and <br />Institutional) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 25 <br />1989, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTO <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: N <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br />Case RZ-89-11, the application of the City of Pleasanton <br />to prezone the approximately 246 acre site (Shadow <br />Cliffs Regional Park) located on the south side of <br />Stanley Boulevard approximately 2200' west of the <br />intersection of Stanley Boulevard and Valley Avenue to <br />the "P" (Public and Institutional) District; and <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediatel <br />upon its passage and adoption. y <br />
