CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-153 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH PLEASANTON UNIFIED SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT RELATING TO USE AND FINANCING OF TWO <br />GYMNASIUMS <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 3, 1991, Council reviewed the <br />report of the City Manager (SR 91:367) regarding the <br />short term financing plan and the use of two gymnasiums <br />at Harvest Park Middle School; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the First Amendment to the <br />Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the <br />Pleasanton Unified School District, regarding a short <br />term financing plan and the use of two gymnasiums at <br />Harvest Park Middle School, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br />First Amendment to Agreement. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 3, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
