r PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-87 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGiCATIONEOF PRUDENTIAL PUD-81-30-48D-22, THE APPL INSURANCE COMPANY WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of America has applied for a major modification and design review approval to construct afive-story, approximately 230,000 sq. ft. office building to be located on enarearboundedlbylBaker acre site located generally in th Drive, Gibraltar Drive, and Hacienda Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD trcialeandnOffices Development} - Industrial, Comme District; and the Planning WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 11, 1989, Commission received a proposed negative declaration for PUD-81-30-48D-22M; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 28, 1989 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held October 11, 1989 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed 1thiePstateland impacts in accordance with the appli~ab local guidelines governing the preparationr~S,Nandtive Declarations and Environmental Impact Repo , WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-81-30-48D-22, the application aorrovalrtoUconstruct modification and development plan pp afive-story, 225,000 sq. ft. office building located in the area generally bounded by Baker Drive, Gibraltar Drive, and Hacienda Drive.
