PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-83 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-89-11, THE APPLICATION OF KAISER TECH WHEREAS, Kaiser Tech has applied to rezone the 80 acre Kaiser Center for Technology site from I-P (Industrial Park) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial District and approve a phased development plan for the 17.61 acre portion of the site containing the existing core facilities and associated off-street parking improvements; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 27, 1989, the Planning Commission recommended approval of a proposed negative declaration for PUD-89-11 after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the PUD - I District is consistent with the Genreal Plan and that the developmnt plan for the 17.61 acre core area meets the purposes of the PUD District. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD-89-11, the application of Kaiser Tech to rezone the 80 acre Kaiser Center Kaiser for Technology site from I-P (Industrial Park) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Industrial District and approval of a phased development plan for the 17.61 acre portion of the site containing the existing core facilities and associated off-street parking improvements located at 6177 Sunol Boulevard subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, McGuirk, and Chairman Michelotti NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Horan ABSTAIN: None
