PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-82 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-89-11, THE APPLICATION OF KAISER TECH WHEREAS, Kaiser Tech has applied to rezone-pheIndustrialaPark) Center for Technology site from I District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial District and approve a phased development plan for the 17.61 acre portion of the site containing the existing core facilities and associated off-street parking improvements; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 27, 1989, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for PUD-89-11; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 28, 1989 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held September 27, 1989, at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-89-11, the application of Kaiser Tech tsitezone the 80 acre Kaiser Center Kaiser for Technology from I-P (Industrial Park) District to thedPaD ~OVenaed Unit Development) - Industrial District an pp phased development plan for the 17.61 acre portion of the site containing the existing core facilities and associated off-street parking improvements located at 6177 Sunol Boulevard. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
