PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-81 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-89-9, THE <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to modify the <br />Municipal Code regarding temporary conditional use <br />permits to allow seasonal gift boutiques in residential <br />districts; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 27, <br />1989, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the modification of the Municipal Code as shown in the <br />attached draft ordinance is consistent with the General <br />Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-89-9, the application <br />of the City of Pleasanton to modify the Municipal Code <br />regarding temporary conditional use permits to allow <br />seasonal gift boutiques in residential districts as <br />described in the attached draft ordinance, amended at <br />the September 27, 1989 Planning Commission. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 27TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, McGuirk and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Horan <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
