PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-78 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-44D, <br />THE APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF <br />AMERICA <br />WHEREAS, Prudential has applied for design review approval for a <br />145,000 sq. ft. office and R & D complex proposed to be <br />located on a 10.82 acre site located at the southeast <br />corner of Willow Road and Stoneridge Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 13, <br />1989, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning and development of Hacienda Business Park and <br />projects of this nature were included within the scope <br />of that EIR. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-44D, the <br />application of Prudential Development Group for design <br />review approval for a 145,000 sq. ft. office and R & D <br />complex proposed to be located on a 10.82 acre site <br />located at the southeast corner of Willow Road and <br />Stoneridge Drive subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
